Longevity One (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparency about how it is collected, used, and stored. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile app, Longevity One, or visit our website.

1. What We Collect

We collect and process the following types of data on the app:

Data you provide directly:

  • Name (if entered)

  • Email address (for support or subscriptions)

  • Manually entered health information (e.g. sleep, fasting habits, mood)

  • Blood test results (e.g. albumin, CRP, etc.)

Device & app usage data:

  • Device model, OS version

  • App usage patterns (e.g. feature use frequency, crash logs)

Apple Health data (with your permission):

  • Steps, heart rate, sleep duration, etc.

    This data stays on your device unless you choose to sync it via iCloud.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Calculate and display your Longevity Score, Lifestyle Age, and Biological Age

  • Provide personalised habit suggestions and daily insights

  • Help you track habits and view progress over time

  • Improve the app experience through analytics (non-identifiable)

  • Respond to support requests

We do not use your personal health data for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. AI and Data Privacy

Our AI features (such as Daily Insights) use your on-device data to generate lifestyle feedback using the OpenAI API. These calculations are anonymised and as far as we know are not identifiable to yourself. You can read Open AI’s Privacy policy for EU, UK and Switzerland and for the rest of the world.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Your data is stored securely on your device and optionally synced via iCloud, controlled by your Apple ID.

  • We do not store health data on our servers.

  • Our systems follow best practices in encryption and access control.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services (e.g. RevenueCat for subscriptions, Apple HealthKit for health sync) who are contractually bound to protect your data under GDPR and Apple guidelines.

6. Your Rights (UK & EU users – GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal data

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • Request a copy of your data

Longevity One is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
